DESCRIPTION

Unionezero is part of the broader urban regeneration project of the former Falck Steelworks, aimed at revitalizing one of Italy’s most iconic industrial landmarks.

The mid-rise project (45.000sqm with retail spaces at the ground floor plus offices for lease) includes 10 floors above-ground, along with a technical floor on the rooftop supporting the photovoltaic panels.

The façade features a solid masonry design, characterized by large horizontal windows reminiscent of Milanese and New York old manufacturing buildings. The main façade is defined by a portico, serving as the trait d’union of the Masterplan.
